![]() Artie Lange, co-host of Direct TV's "The Nick and Artie Show" and formerly of Sirius XM Radio's "The Howard Stern Show," has just been added to Carolines on Broadway's February 2012 schedule of events, headlining a special two-night, four-show engagement over President's Day Weekend, February 18 and 19. Also headlining at Carolines on Broadway in the month of February are Yannis Pappas (featuring Maurica), from VH-1's "Best Week Ever," The Daily, and his podcast "It Could Be Better," February 2 and 3; Susie Essman, from HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and the films "Cop Out" and the animated feature "Bolt," one night only, February 4; Darrell Hammond, from NBC's "Saturday Night Live," FX's "Damages," and his new book "God, If You're Not Up There, I'm F*cked," February 9 – 12; and Cipha Sounds, from Hot 97's "Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg" morning show," will host "Cipha Sounds: All About the Presidents," on February 17. Theme nights in February are Carolines Presents, featuring the New York City's best comedians, on February 1, 5, and 15; Carolines New Talent on February 6, 13, 20, and 27; the Breakout Artist Comedy Series, featuring the country's best emerging comedians in their own headlining show, on February 7 (with Sean Patton); Late Night Comedy, featuring Keith Anthony, Nate Bargatze, Michael Che, Mark Normand, Josh Rabinowitz, and more, on February 4, 9, 11, 12, and 18; Ed Lover and Friends, hosted by 98.7 KISS-FM's Ed Lover, on February 22; and the Don't Get Gasses Comedy Series, hosted by Cipha Sounds, on February 28. Other events taking place at Carolines on Broadway in February are Stand Ups Give BAC, a benefit for the Brooklyn Autism Center, hosted by Kevin Meaney, and featuring performances by Kurt Braunohler, Jim Gaffigan, Mike Lawrence, Tom Papa, and Amy Schumer, on February 8; My Funny Valentine, the perfect night for comedy lovers, featuring Vince August, Nate Bargatze, Joe DeRosa, Chris DiStefano, Dan Soder, and Wil Sylvince, on February 14, Sam Morril, from Sirius XM Radio, on February 21; and the Carolines Final Four, a five-round competition in which sixty-four comedians go head-to-head to see who will be crowned champion, on February 29.
